Tapioca Starch by GOVINDA NATUR 

Tapioca starch is obtained from a root. It is naturally gluten-free and is ideal as a binding agent for gluten-free pastries, sauces and much more. Since it is tasteless, it can be used in both sweet and salty dishes. 

It gives sauces, dessert creams and soups a creamy consistency. Pudding can also be prepared with tapioca without any problems. The consistency of gluten-free baked goods can be improved by adding 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour with a little water.
