Why Goodel? Because it contains selected ingredients and it is gluten-free. As if that wasn't enough, no, their manufacturing process is also special. The goodels are processed gently. Other pasta manufacturers heat and pasteurize their gluten-free pasta several times, which means that a lot is lost. This is spared our pasta.
The good ingredients in this goodel? 75% buckwheat and 25% gold linseed.
They make them rich in protein and, above all, really tasty.

- Suggestions for use: for cooking, to be used like "normal" pasta:
Put in boiling, lightly salted water and cook for 5 minutes (it is essential to observe the cooking time, foam formation is normal).
Drain the goodel through a sieve and rinse with cold water.
