25 February is the National Pancakes Day?
We would like to share with you our favourite vegan, gluten- & sugar-free pancake recipe!
?1 soft pear
?cashew milk (or other plant-based milk)
?flax seed flour
1. Grate the pear on the small grating holes and add 1 tbs flax seed flour;
2. Mix it with a whisk;
3. Add about 100 g milk, mix it;
4. Add about 50 g buckwheat flout (or all purpose gluten-free flour);
5. Melt 1 tbs coconut oil and whisk well
6. Heat a frying pan over medium to high heat. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook on the other side until both sides are golden brown. ⠀
Enjoy with fresh fruits and nut butter! ?
